The ASU Athletic Facilities District (AFD) is a university athletic facilities district formed pursuant to the provisions of Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) Title 48, Chapter 26. The AFD supports the University’s efforts to construct, reconstruct, finance, furnish, maintain and improve intercollegiate athletic facilities located on ASU’s property, including utilities, roads, parking areas or buildings necessary for full use of the athletic facilities. The AFD resides within the Novus Innovation Corridor®, one of the nation’s most progressive, urban, mixed-use developments — located adjacent to the Arizona State University campus in Tempe, Arizona.
